Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing or directly in the Stripe Customer Portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens after the 7-day trial?+
On day 8, your card is charged for the plan you selected. You can cancel before day 8 and pay nothing.
Do I need to connect all 3 platforms?+
No. Connect only the platforms you sell on. SoldSync works with any combination of Shopify, eBay, and Etsy.
What counts as a "sync event"?+
Each time SoldSync detects a sale and updates or ends a matching listing on another platform. Price syncs and inventory updates also count.
What happens if I exceed my monthly sync limit?+
Syncing pauses until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade anytime in Settings to resume immediately.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Platform tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We never store customer data from your sales. Read our full privacy policy.
Can I get a refund?+
If you are within 10 days of signing up and on a paid plan, you can request a refund from Settings → Billing.
